A local Real Estate Investment Company is aggressively searching for a highly experienced social media professional to work with customer engagement on various platforms, provide quality content and manage various tasks, demonstrate high ability to multitask, work well under pressure and work well with others.

 

Job description:

 

•Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media efforts and help to achieve corporate marketing goals, developing and/or revising text for other venues, including online communities, web articles, video blogs. Experienced with blogging, opinionated, writing, posting new content to the internet.

 

•Develop and monitor ad spending, review analytics, report results, provide creative insight, work with emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams. Experience with keywords, and meta tags is highly preferred. The right candidate will demonstrateexcellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

•Monitor the company’s social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users. Provide and maintain daily activity with social media accounts. The right candidate will demonstrate prior blogging, develop content for posting on various social media outlets, creating a positive online experience for customers, internet writing experience.

 

•Creates methods for finding and saving online customer reviews. Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes. Experienced with blogging, opinionated, writing, posting new content to the internet.

 

Additional Duties may include:

 

Cultivating new communications and managing branded online communities using Facebook, Twitter and other potential platforms. Provide content with tracking metrics, and monitoring relevant information, making recommendations when needed. Experience working with and the know of web analytic applications (Google Analytics, WebTrends, Alexa, comScore) and solid understanding of social media platforms such as YouTube, Twitter, etc., and blogs.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Communications or related field/3+ years’ experience in social media management/Exceptional multi-tasking skills/Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way/Strong problem solving skills/Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform is required/Must demonstrate the ability to write professionally, and for various audiences, consistently and meet deadlines.
