Administrative Assistant: The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and reception support to Office and Technical Management.  This position requires an advanced level of computer skills and will provide support in the areas of Reception, Dispatching, A/R, and general Administrative areas. 

Responsibilities:

  • Typing reports using MS Excel & Word
  • Uploading reports to online database
  • Filing; digitally and paper systems
  • Reception duties and customer service
  • Client interaction via phone and email communication

Requirements:

  • High proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills
  • Able to type at least 50 WPM
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace office environment
  • Customer Service experience
  • Min. of 2 years experience as an Administrative Office Assistant
  • Strong listening skills, and interest in learning the construction testing industry
