Responsibilities
· Own, manage, and drive the full sales cycle from first contact through close
· Build a strong vertical-focused sales pipeline with or without inbound leads
· Suggest and/or create sales materials that will help close business
· Maintain a complete, accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline, forecast, and call log
Qualifications
· At least 2 years proven, successful sales experience in a B2B/SaaS sales environment
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding your sales quota
· Outgoing personality and the ability to befriend strangers easily
· Ability to articulate the product value proposition with any level of detail or brevity, and through a phone call or in email
· Bachelor's degree
Bonus Points
· Background selling talent management systems, recruiting solutions, HRISor CRM is a plus.
· You have real-world human resources experience
· Experience working in a startup environment a plus
